Day 1

Sail to Jost Van Dyke, the home of the Caribbean beach bar. Wade ashore at White Bay for a painkiller on the sand, swim the clear shallows, and drift through an easy afternoon.

Day 7

Christmas Cove

End near St Thomas at Christmas Cove off Great St James, a sheltered anchorage with superb snorkelling. Dive a final reef, take a last swim, and toast a week in the Virgins.
